GEOUni is a company registered in Estonia and focused on delivering online GIS and Earth Observation courses. The name stands for GIS (Geographical Information Systems) and Earth Observation (GEO). Besides being incorporated, GEO University consists of a group of professionals and experts in their corresponding fields. Currently, we have more than 70 courses, 17000 learners from 200+ countries, and 14 instructors. In addition, the company provides innovative geospatial software solutions to clients. Part of this solution is the development of the eoBlockAI platform for insurance companies.

Agricultural insurance focuses on modelling the risk of crop yield damages due to natural or other disasters such as hail, heavy raining, flooding, extreme temperature & wind storms. The eoBlockAI focuses on modelling with deep learning the risk of crop yield loss using Earth Observation & meteorological data bundled with blockchain technology to ensure the transparency of the whole process from data to client information and reduction of administrative costs & process through automated verification.
