Service/Product
Local Food will be a dApp that tracks the origin of local food from farms to restaurants, so that end consumers can see where their food comes from, what it contains and how fresh it is. A special Local Food card will offer tourists events and discounts at restaurants in the network. Local Food will provide restaurants with the platform to purchase ingredients directly from local food producers. Its MVP will be tested with members of 3 Agri and one restaurant association from Burgas, Bulgaria.
